Problem Curation: This service serves in multiple areas with the ultimate goal of establishing well thought-out curated problems aligning with the corporate strategy, vision, mission priorities and mission partners as demand dictates. ComplxMinds provides a venue for businesses to tackle the hard problems that are plaguing their organizations and establish the minimal value product (MVP) for testing as a possible solution and refining requirements.

An MVP is not a single thing, but is a strategy to iteratively text core assumptions of a product, service or process in the quickest and cheapest way possible.
 
Workshop Events: This service provides a venue to best support the overarching goal of the challenge and/or creation of a POD effort through one of three potential avenues. Our Problem Workshop defines a well-thought-out curated problem that aligns with the corporate strategy, vision, mission priorities and mission partners as demand dictates. We then further define the problem through the Solution Exploration Workshop for idea generation and MVP Development and refinement. As we are going through the problem curation, Complxminds continues to explore and prepare for the the Research Partner Collaboration Event that informs clients on MVP, MMC, VPC on solution, technology and market trends.

Coaching: Provides a foundational understanding of Innovation principles and methodologies with the purpose of changing the culture of innovation within the organization. As with the innovation methodology training, the coaching aids in the facilitation of POD efforts and on demand service requests for assistance in looking at challenges from an agile and innovative perspective, leveraging proven lean methodology tools consistent with those being taught by government and other lean-startup organization in Silicon Valley.
